Room readiness was unacceptably delayed without notification!!! The gym felt unbearably hot due to locked AC, and the pool area appeared unhygienic, making it off-limits during our stay!!!

We stayed in a Deluxe King Suite for one night. The room was spacious and clean, with a fresh coat of paint and updated floors. It had a comfortable sitting area that made it feel inviting. The furniture might be outdated, but it was all kept neat. Despite the cheerful atmosphere, the breakfast left a bit to be desired—it was similar to offerings at other hotels. Also, the sound of smoke in the hallway due to someone smoking on our floor was unpleasant, but it’s something we hope won't happen again. Despite these hiccups, the staff were remarkable, always professional and welcoming. Their attentiveness made a significant difference in our stay. The location near the lake is perfect for leisurely walks.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The staff promptly provided us with another room when requested, showcasing their understanding and support. The seating near the window in our room allowed us to enjoy beautiful lake views while relaxing. The variety of walking trails around the hotel was a delightful surprise, perfect for enjoying the outdoor scenery.
The lobby felt sparse and uninviting.

We arrived late after a long drive and scored a huge room with two comfy beds and strong water pressure in the shower. The indoor swimming pool and garden area were both perfect for winding down. The shower took a while to warm up, but it was a minor hiccup in an otherwise pleasant stay. 😊

beautiful views , but a sparse lobby
The view of the lake exceeded my expectations and provided a soothing backdrop during my stay. Staff members were welcoming and attentive. I appreciated the various walking trails around the property, great for pet owners. The seating near the window allowed for a nice spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The lobby felt uninviting and could use more seating or decor.
